Hokkaido Scallops

Ocean Gems® Scallops originate from the Sea of Okhotsk, Hokkaido, Japan. They are seeded and harvested by a seabed ranching fishery. The superb freshness, plump meat and succulent taste, make the scallop a perfect sashimi ingredient. There are no preservatives or other chemicals used in the whole production process. From the time scallops are collected from the sea to the time they are cleaned, trimmed and individually quick frozen, every step is meticulously planned to ensure our customers' high expectations are met.
